I just replaced all of the brake lines, on a 2000, F35. They were the same as a super duty, f550. The 2 front, were the same, the back had different numbers.
The sound you hear when you touch the brake pedal is normal, it is the aux. brake pump, back up brakes when engine is not running, no vacuum boost.
