I vote for a stuck caliper too... The caliper can stick on the sliding pins, But the caliper piston can also stick in the bore as well.. Being your chassis is 12 years old, I would ask about having the brake system flushed. Moisture builds up in the brake lines over time and can cause the pistons to hang up and the brake lines to rust from the inside.. Most shops have the equipment to do this...
