That's because of the DPs value. The gassers burn completely up and are put in the dumpster....:W:W......Dennis
What is really amazing is how cheap DP are put together once you see them in all states of disrepair in the junk yard. Fit an finish might be great to look at when new, but what you don't see seems to be the same for all of them. They all cut corners when they can both on material and labor.
Some of the frame work I saw in the front cap area I just had to shake my head at. Let alone the lack of insulation. Can you imagine the condensation and mold environment that occurs there when the furnace is running and the outside temp is cold.
Best thing a person can do is spend some time in the RV grave yard walking around. After I did that I posted this thread
