Camper still a slammer on bumps

Hello, we just got back from our first long trip in the camper (Florida to Tennessee and back). It still slams pretty hard on any road bumps, especially where bridges meet the road or anything with an edge or a bit of an angle. It's a 2008 29' Winnebago Access class c with the ford e450 chassis. I put on new Michelin tires, new Monroe rv shocks, and Firestone ride rite air bags. They maybe helped some, but it's still slams pretty harshly on the bumps. I tried 40 psi and 60 psi in the air bags, not much difference that I could tell. I weighed the rig and set the tire pressure to Michelin's chart, still harsh. I don't really want to mess with or replace leaf springs, so I guess it's as good as it's going to be, but it seems odd that it slams as hard as it does. I guess I'll have to live with it, and just avoid any bumps on the road that I can and "brace for impact" when I can't avoid them.
