We seem to pass through St. Louis a lot. We often overnight at the Casino Queen that is right on Front St. in East St. Louis. There is a free lot there that suits us well as we usually only want to sleep and it is flat and quiet. You can also get the shuttle to pick you up and take you to the door from there. There is also a very nice RV park that usually seems to be closed when we get there because we are too late or the wrong time of year.

If you want to stay close to the City, you can not beat this location. Also close to rapid transit lines.
