No quite right. Think of the past football coach, John Madden. He was afraid to fly so he used his RV to travel all over the country to the football games. I know he did not have his name on the side of the RV yet he was able to deduct most of the vehicle expenses.
I deduct quite a few expenses with my RV when we travel and do not have a sign on the side of it. It just depends on your business and what part the RV plays in that business. You can legally mix business and pleasure and office in the RV can be just as deductible as the office in your home.
Wild guess: he leased the RV and deducted THAT. I recall seeing that MOST entertainer coaches are actually leased.
Note that using an RV for business purposes means it IS a commercial vehicle! It is subject to DOT requirements...to drive the rig the OP showed, you would need a class A CDL, and would need to follow all HOS rules, and keep a log book.
