just had my first problem with even brake. driving down very rough us 70 in INDIANA and at 60 mph my toad's brakes lock up. Leaving 2 long black marks on hwy, then just as quick they went off. got rv and car to side of road, thank goodness no one rear ended me. all systems checked good. found nothing wrong, but for my reasons, unplugged unit and drove next 2oo miles with no toad braking system. call even brake told them what had happened ( by the way I ran the battery in toad down, left unit on while eating. had to jump toad to run thru gears, Honda. . guy at even brake said it could have been rough road bounced unit around or maybe the wire to evergency had been rubbed thru and grounded system out for a few seconds. I have rechecked system in drive way a works ok. will have to check out wiring later. and by the way will need two new tires as I flat spotted both front tires. Now I knowhow a nascar driver feels, almost went to the cord. Other than that has worked great for five years.
