Toogreys.....Once you replace the hose connection, there is a way to keep it from going bad again. They typically go bad because they're difficult to connect to, are often tighten with pliers and have way to much stress on them from the hose.
Once you've replaced it, buy a brass (not plastic) quick connect for the hose. They're sold right alongside hoses at most stores. Install the male end of the disconnect on the coach, one time, and tighten carefully with pliers. Now that the male end is on the coach, never remove it. Connect the female end to a 90 degree elbow if your connecter protrudes from the side of the coach. Connect your hose to the 90 degree elbow and your done. Whenever you connect your water, just use the quick connect. You'll never wrestle with the hose connection again.
