Changing secondary fuel filter on Winnebago Journey 36G

I want to change the secondary fuel filter on my Winnebago Journey diesel, but it appears somewhat difficult to get to, both from the bottom and the top. Can anyone advise me as to which is the better...

Fill the fuel tank up, park with the front on the steepest hill you can find. Fill the new filter with fuel and try and get it on as quickly as possible. Good Luck, you'll need it without a priming hand pump.
