Changing secondary fuel filter on Winnebago Journey 36G

I want to change the secondary fuel filter on my Winnebago Journey diesel, but it appears somewhat difficult to get to, both from the bottom and the top. Can anyone advise me as to which is the better...

If you have a Caterpillar secondary fuel filter housing, you will either have a manual primer pump, or there will be a block-off plate where one can be fit-- just takes removal of the two screws holding the block-off plate.

Strongly recommended-- parts from any Caterpillar dealer.

Makes priming a sure thing!
