Changing secondary fuel filter on Winnebago Journey 36G

I want to change the secondary fuel filter on my Winnebago Journey diesel, but it appears somewhat difficult to get to, both from the bottom and the top. Can anyone advise me as to which is the better...

I had a MH with the Cat C7. when I changed filters,I always refilled
with CLEAN diesel through the outer holes.
Never a problem starting , just a little stumble on start up,that was all.
