cheap option for powering a bi-pap/cpap machine

I have a bi-pap machine. i'm trying to figure out a cheap/easy way to power it thru the night when travelling on the road. i don't think i want to do the extra marine battery and use an invertor or us...

We bought an inverter that goes in the bedroom 12 volt outlet. It was purchased from Radio Shack for about 40.00. My husband's cpap machine went all night from this inverter. We do have two marine deep cell batteries but we were surprised at how long we could run the machine. Worked out great.
