cheap option for powering a bi-pap/cpap machine

I have a bi-pap machine. i'm trying to figure out a cheap/easy way to power it thru the night when travelling on the road. i don't think i want to do the extra marine battery and use an invertor or us...

I bought the 12 volt adapter from the cpap machine company and just installed a female plug to plug it into next to my side of the bed so it runs off the trailer 12 volt system when not plugged into shore power. Total cost less than $100.
