child car seats

There have been many threads regarding child seating over the years. To the best of my knowledge no organization has ever studied the use of child/infant seats in RVs. When traveling with our grandchildren we secured an infant seat, now a child seat, on the coach with the seatbelts. It keeps the children in place and comfortable but it is sideways. As for the safety of the child, we travel in a 28,000 lb MH and I keep my speed below 60mph...best for safety, comfort and fuel consumption. Except in the most extreme situations I consider my travel safe.
