chared, burnt, melted, crisped and still was working. When I started getting whiffs of wires burning from 'somewhere' in the MH.



This was the GFI outlet.

If there is no GFI to be found, I would tag every dead outlet, kill the power to the entire 110v system, then one by one, remove each tagged outlet and inspect the wiring. Look close for any black char. Also make sure each connection is sound. Some RV manufactures use crimp connections, others use screw-tight connections. Make sure your connections are good.

After you checked all the tagged outlets, power-up and see if you did any good. Sometimes simply disturbing crimped connections will bring the circuit back to life. If that ends up being your story, you surely will want to reconnect every outlet with the screw terminals.

I strongly advise to check the outlet that your heater was plugged into first. Then power up and check the dead circuit. You answer just might be at that outlet. If not, then check all the other tagged ones.

Our ground fault receptacle is in the bedroom and then feeds the bathroom and kitchen area. The power distribution panel/converter is the same as yours.

The diagram I found matches the labeling of your breakers. Notice that Microwave is on a circuit by itself. There are no downstream outlets.
Only two circuits are for outlets, designated "RECEP1" and "RECEPT2" in your photo and the diagram. The left of the two (RECEP1, which is the right hand half of the left breaker) feeds a GFCI someplace, that has the Bath, Exterior, and another Galley outlet. I don't think you've found the GALLEY CAPT GFI RECEP (with a triangle containing "1").
Either that GFI (also known as GFCI), it's bad, it hasn't been re-set, something downstream of it is tripping it, or the 15A side of the left breaker is tripped or bad.
I really think there's another outlet, probably in or near a kitchen cabinet, that you've missed, and it's the one with the GFI.

For the record. When air cond and or heater is used in any RV you can NOT plug anything else in it will always trip.

Unless the previous owner removed it there IS a gfi outlet in your coach....somewhere. It usually is located in the bathroom. If you don't find it I would open up that outlet.

I'm really surprised one of those breakers is not marked GFI.

Did you pull the 'fuses' in the converter and look to see if any of those are blown? There is a fuse for the GFI.

Well that should be the diagram - and in the Galley Cabinet there is a black colored socket that the Microwave is plugged into - but I don't see any GCFI button on it

Also - the microwave is actually working OK, with the downstream sockets on that branch being dead

You should find a GFCI outlet in the "Galley Cabinet" along with another in the Galley plus Bathroom and Outside, all protected by Galley Cabinet.

I cannot find a GCFI socket anywhere
