Class C with excessive heat on floor..help!
We are new RV'ers and picked up a beautiful 1999 Shasta Sprite (22')with the V10 engine. Love this coach..except for the excessive heat coming up and heating the passenger seat! We tried various settings to see if a dash vent control problem, but can't tell any difference. The only way to keep it cool is to run the dash a/c. This can't be normal as the drivers side seems just slightly warm. I looked under the coach and it appears that the left exhaust pipe is routed over to join the right side and then into the catalytic converter (which looks to be directly under front passenger seat) and then back to muffler.
Is this a known issue and what sort of fix/modification is recommended?
Thanks in advance for help!
