I believe your question has been rendered moot. If you are looking for a used unit, I dont believe you will find one without a propane powered system. So find a unit you like, use the installed equipment for a while, and then try going a while without it. If you dont use or want them, hey the stove is also fully capable of being an additional cabinet section, as is the fridge.
