Do you know what the reason behind this is? Is there something preventing cable and phone companies from providing service to these places? If you're within their service area, I don't see what the problem would be. All they have to do is turn on service for the phone or cable line and you're good to go. Right? This is a deal-breaker for me, if it's true.
