Many states, counties and private Medical organizations get these special ordered without the beds, refrigerator and stoves. They usually are set up with a waiting room, exam room, bathroom. You could turn the exam room into a bedroom easily. The rest of the RV is an office with a bathroom. I have seen them very cheap, <15k for a 5 year old unit with less than 30K miles. I think they still have the generator and propane for hot water but may be just what you are looking for.
