Resale value and ability to resell an RV without propane appliances will be poor. Your post sounds like you have little or no RV experience. Not all Walmarts, etc., allow overnight parking depending on local ordinances and police will be knocking on your door in the middle of the night. RV furnaces operate on propane as do most water heaters unless they have an electric option. Stoves and ovens operate on propane. Talk to some RV'ers if possible.
