Many RV parks in resort areas have connections to company's like Cox and Comcast. Park we are in AZ has it. Park we stayed at in RGV also had it. Many other parks with long term residents offer it also.
One of my neighbors at park we stay at in AZ got Cox hooked up for 1 week. I did not ask what it cost.
As far as needing propane. There are some Class A motor homes with all electric. But have never seen a Class C set up that way. Using a extend a stay allows for easy use of propane. Good maintenance will give long term reliability of appliances. While our fridge died at 10 years. None of the other items have failed.
