My fiberglass roof has a texture to it that makes it not real slippery when it's got soap on it. I would imagine most are the same. Just wear a good pair of tennis shoes with good tread.
I power wash mine once a year (when I stored it outside) and that seems to remove most anything up there. Just be carful around the seams as the pressure washer will remove calking too. In between pressure washing a mop and bucket works just fine. You don't have to get down on your hands and knees.
