Howdy, I can only share my similar experience. Ford E350 2002. Running lights when out after I was working on install of electric brake controller. Can't remember if brake and directionals were also out at that time. Ended up being one of the big green fuses in the under hood fuse panel. Can't remember what amperage it was but it was green and I was suprised it was one of the big ones...
