Using a multimeter, figure out first if the lights are not working due to a lack of +12V or lack of grounding. You can probably access the feed wires behind one of the tail lights.(Not sure about your model) Once you find the wires, you can use jumper wires to activate the clearance lights and figure out which circuit is bad(+ or -) and then fix the culprit.
