- hersheyExplorerI can't compare because I've only had CoachNet for 11 years of fulltiming.
Experience?
1) 90 mile lowboy tow to a diesel facility that Coachnet felt comfortable with, A Freightliner facility. Prompt fix on arrival and no charge and very professional.
2) 7 mile tow on a lowboy to a professional private facility. Professional and no charge.
I can easily give them a thumbs up and plus 10 on their service.
All towing services have to rely on the available towing services in any given area. Coachnet kept me informed as to the status of their effort to find a suitable towing company and their arrival time and any possible delays. - Dutch_12078Explorer IIIThe call center contractor that Good Sam was using several years ago left us hung out to dry with a blown engine, so we switched to Coach-Net and have been very satisfied with the services we've received from them. Good Sam has switched to Allstate as their call center contractor now, so hopefully things have improved.
- dbblsExplorerI have had both and feel like they are equal. However, with all the bad press about Good Sam on this forum, I would go with Coach Net.
