EXACTLY! There is no public place for people to complain about Coachnet therefore less complaints versus GSRA which gives a very public place to complain Why would anyone come to the GSRA forum to complain about Coachnet.
The original question clearly asked Coach Net Vs Good Sam's. Guess because this forum is everything RV, if you have a complaint about CoachNet fire away. I answered with MY experience with CoachNet. It's CN vs GS You'll note posts normally are looking for info or complaints about problems with brand xxx I could rant at how much I like Ford Super duties, but that was not the question. Search for complainants on GSRS, many. Ever see a GSRS complaint resolved? No, it's always PM me and I'll look into it. Is that fixed? NO! Is that good PR for their road service? NO! If you don't like the answer, don't ask the question, CoachNets been good to me without arguing. I don't have to PM them, they take care of the issue when I call.
Complains on CW? Many, about CW parts service, crappy repair work, long waits for warranty work, charge journey man labor costs while some kid does the work, over pricing of accessories. I had a CW repair est for a blown tire, $1500. (Long story in another forum) I did the repair myself, parts $250, shipping $250. I have since found a shop local that will order the parts so I can save shipping. About 3hrs work for the first time doing this repair. After doing it once maybe an hour if I had to do it again. So their cost is less than $250 an hour labor and $1500? They might be able to lower prices if they quit sending mailing almost daily soliciting Roadside insurance, and sales on over priced RV equipment. I participate in 4 RV forums, two general, two brand specific and rarely see complainants on CoachNet. But hey it's JMHO; everyone's entitled to their own. - darsben1Explorer

With the horror stories of GS? Been with coach net years, used 3 times, one signed a form they had changed a tire. The other two the driver said nothing to sign they have already been paid. The last one was July when I lost a high pressure pump in my diesel TV just west of Wolf Creek Pass. They dispatched a tow truck & a 1 ton dully for my 5W. The 5W was put in a camp site near the repair shop and the truck to the shop. I asked the drive what it would have cost if I had not had insurance? 800+ about 1.5 hrs from break down till they had both vehicle to my location. Well done CN.
Why didn't you post your compliment on the Coachnet site?
Why not posted on coach net? The question was asked here plus I didn't know they had one. Be happy to post there but you need to belong to most forums to post, can't belong to every forum on the net.
PS: Quick search and no forum, maybe a link?

- darsben1ExplorerGood Sam has never failed me on the road even in out of the way places.
Whichever you decide to go with make sure you read the contract and carry a copy with you.
I believe Most dissatisfaction is caused by people who assume something is covered
but is not and those who cannot wait for road service. You may be across the street from a service place but your service may be coming from miles away.
There are lots of bad service complaints about GSRA on this site but there is no place for Coachnet customers to complain so it is hard to compare complaints.
MY advice GSRA
There is a special right now $80.00
https://www.goodsamroadside.com/ - Mandalay_ParrExplorerBeen with Coach Net for 13 years. See no reason to change.
- Dutch_12078Explorer IIII switched from Good Sam to Coach-Net back when Good Sam was using the low rated Road America as their ERS provider and I was dissatisfied with the quality of their call center representatives. Since they've switched to Allstate and hopefully will stay with them, I would consider switching back if Coach-Net gave me a reason to leave. So far, Coach-Net has treated me very well though, more than paying for itself over the years I've been with them...

Been with Coach Net several years but renewal coming up. Any difference in the two? Your preference?
this question pops up almost weekly so if you search the archives you'll find tons of information.
we've had GS road service for 31-yrs now which should tell you something about of level of satisfaction. we've used them maybe 6-8 times during that period. - garyemunsonExplorer IIThose of you who have newer Class A RVs on Ford chassis should look at their warranty. Although it's only for one year, you will find 5 years emergency towing buried in there!
