Coachmen Leprechaun 319DS question

Good emening everyone. Getting close to making my decision. Went back to the dealer and spent about an hour and half looking over the Leprechaun 319DS. I want the winter protection. The brochure says an option is tank pad heaters. BUT the dump valves are not in and enclosed space. BIG PROBLEM. We like to winter camp. Question, does any Leprechaun 319Ds owners have an option where the dump valves are in an heated enclose space?
I didn't think of this problem untion I got home and the dealership is closed.
