We've had Coach-net for 13 years. Needed them 3 times. No problems.
When brand new, in Florida, a kitchen water leak.Sunday afternoon. I called. They called me back and told me a nearby dealer was expecting me Monday at 8AM. Problem fixed. Then, at home, a slow leak in a tire. Called. They called back, told me a truck tire shop 12 miles away was expecting me. Paid 30 bucks to have the tire fixed.
Blowout in El Paso Texas on I-10. Called. Needed my location. Tire tech arrived within 1/2 hour. Back on the road 2 hours later. No charge...but $50 tip. Well done.
All they're supposed to do is tires, give gas and tow to a "nearest facility". Anything else, I don't think so.
Around 100 bucks a year for the "basic". IMO, "don't leave home without 'em".
