CN left me stranded on the side of Hi-Way about 70 miles north of Austin, Tx, for 5 hours last year with a blown front right. Monday morning no Holiday no reason that I could find. I ended up obtaining my own help and had tire changed, I carry a spare. 2 years ago similar thing happen to me south of FW, Tx, but on towd. Same thing not able to offer any real help finding me a local repar shop, it was like I was talking to someone who never had to deal with such a thing and had no connects on how to find help. I kinda give up on getting help from the sevice. Wife and I are always connected to the internet via our cell phones, so I will find my own help. I have since purchased a 3/4" drive 1000 ft/lbs inpact wrench and 3/4" 1000 ft/lbs torque wrench (its about 5' long). I will not be stranded again do to flat on a 22.5" tire. Not sure why we have the service polices they have never worked out for me. I still have both GS and CN, but GS get the fist try next time. If they do not responce in a resonable fashion then I will take care of it myself, good Lord Willing.
