We were just towed with GS. On I-25 downtown Denver on a Sunday afternoon. The dispatcher tried everything she could to get a mobile tech to fix our minor, but disabling issue, but availability of a part was a concern. She also tried to tow us to a safe area until Monday morning when a mobile tech could come out, and in the end, she sent a heavy wrecker and took us into Freightliner.

I give her an A++.

We have also had Allstate - they did well for us too.

When was this started?

I would stay with Coachnet. Had both. GS likes to fill your snail mail box with junk mail. And then they tried to renew my contract by charge card automatically without my permission. I did head that one off at the pass. No thanks!

I used GSRA 2 times 2013 for a no start issue and 2015 for a blowout. They provided good service both times.

It's a Ford vs Chevy issue...both can do the job.

Heres the deal; You will get either good service or bad service from either one. Some folks swear by one and swear at the other.
Read the brochure to see exactly what you are entitled to. Seems to me most are dissatisfied because they never read the brochure and assume something is covered.
Both Coach-net and Good Sam try to find the lowest cost provider they can. This sometimes means you will be stuck by the side of the road waiting for a tow truck to come from 30 miles away when you can see a tow company right out your window.
On Long Island and surrounding areas you should not see much if any diffence in providers. I broke down on the LIE with a blowout and Good Sam had someone there pretty quick.
I have had nothing but good service from Good Sam roadside. Next time may be different as the people dispatched by either service are all independent service companies and GSRA an/or Coachnet have very minimal control over the contractor.
I am riding the GSRA horse till it drops then I will do something else but so far I am pleased

CoachNet also covers your other vehicles as well.

you get what you pay for. no comparison between the two.
