coating rubber roof what have you used
roof is 22 years old I'm thinking it's time for a little maintenance looking for advice on what you have used to coat the roof thanks Tom

I used Hengs with good results. The only issue is it really isn’t a permanent fix. Every 3-4 years you’ll need to redo it. For me that wasn’t an issue, plus I view it as a good reason to inspect and repair any damage that may have happened since the last coating.
