Colorado Ownership Tax

I have a 2016 FW and the taxable value is $48926 and it was $1026.54 and that was with a $200 credit, So you can guess from there.

Ownership tax is annual and is in addition to the one time sales tax

geez sales tax,property tax,income tax,Medical insurance and now ownership tax
how do u guys manage with such a huge nut to crack?

I would get in touch with the Dept of Revenue. The last time I had this question they referred me to section of their dept that provides this info.
