Aaaaahhhhh, now I see. Well Sir, you know about the word "assume" don't you? I was having the same exact problem you're experiencing right now too. Just for the heck of it, I exchanged struts on the bad door, with known good struts from other doors of the same size and weight as a test. It worked. That guaranteed it was bad struts. So, I looked up then numbers on them which, were fairly worn at the time and, it was hard to decipher what was there. So, I went on to Winnebago's parts website and, confirmed what I needed for our coach.
I ordered them up, they came in two days. I put them on and, those doors stayed up just like they did when we purchased it.
