That is fine. Will try to help as much as I can. I have not had this problem with my Ford-based RV but I have had it with my Dodge Dakota. While the systems are similar there may be differences so what I found might not be what is your problem. Hopefully the links I gave will help you.
The problem with my Dakota was the "On/Off" switch. I replace it and the system worked just fine.
My Dakota has the brake disengage switch located on the brake pedal linkage but it seems the Ford has this switch located in the master cylinder (in the engine compartment) and has been a bit of a problem in the past.
Try out some of the things identified in the links I posted and et us know if you find anything
