It's probably worth having. It would help to know if we are talking about the difference between a ISC 350 HP and a ISL 400 HP with two different torque ratings. Or are they both ISL's one rated at 400 HP and the other 450 HP with the same torque. I say that because I tested plenty of units that had the ISL some rated at 400/450 HP and I couldn't tell any difference.
