Both coaches are Ford V10 chassis. The Damon is a chassis with 19.5 wheels and the HR is a chassis with 22.5 wheels. I am told the bigger chassis was a $5500 option in its day. I don't know or care if its true but I do like the bigger wheels with the solid aluminum rims

If both are Fords check to see if the 2005 has the same 362HP and 5 speed transmission. I think that Ford made the latest improvements in 2006. The V-10 slowly evolved from 275 HP to 362 HP and the latest transmission by 2006. I found no chassis improvement after 2006.
