I think the easiest thing is to Google, Cummins/Onan Repair for your area. There are lots of online RV parts and supplies that might be able to order it for you and have it drop shipped to your home.
If there are only four wires cut two feet away, why replace the entire loom? Can't you just splice them back together? Use shrink wrap butt connectors for weather resistance.
