There were two vacuum line harnesses on the passenger side near floorboard. One of them was disconnected, the one with only two lines, brown and yellow. I reconnected them and tucked them away. I guess my passenger hit them with his foot.

Lucky you. Mine was SEVERAL hundred dollars even though the chassis was still technically under warranty. Rodent damage is not covered.
