If you watch the video closely, it appears that the vehicle was headed left until it got to the concrete ditch and cable barrier. The barrier did deflect the coach somewhat and it ran straight along it for awhile. Then I think it appears that the cable barrier actually is what flipped the coach over in to the on coming lanes of traffic. I don't think that the driver could have turned the wheel to cause the abrupt flip to the left that put it on it's side over the cables. I think the cable snagged the front end and flipped it.
