Dashcam view of a Class A blowing tire and rolling.

I have traveled that section of I-10 a 100 times . Lived within 5 miles of that section that is just south of Sorrento for 30 years and it takes you to N.O.. Traffic is always heavy. He is passing an 18 wheeler and they are known for speeding.
