If the 24 foot is on the 176" wheelbase, then yes. If not, then no.
My first class c was 27 feet on the 176" and I had zero problems with it.
My current ride is 28'5" and tail swing has been an issue where I've caused damage on six occasions. I did replace the puny bumper after the first incident so fortunately there has been almost no resultant repairs to the RV.
