No it's photo shopped and the original is flipped. If the image was clearer you might be able to read the builder's badges.
Lived down under for a couple of years and American made Class A's are very rare. Pretty much anything left hand drive is a real pain to drive, license, import bond and such. They tend to follow EU trends regarding RV's. Importing one would be a very difficult. Can't have a speck of dirt anywhere in or on it and parts would be a nightmare.
