It would be really nice if they fixed it and it would make you a CW customer for life but its really up to them. Hopefully they will do the right thing and fix it. Say let us know if they do, it will be a feather in their cap. They need all the friends they can get. Not allot of fans on this list. But because you brought up the problem, if they fix it you do the right thing as well and post it on the list.
