Dishwasher install issues on 2016 Fleetwood Excursion

In place of the oven, I think you can just get the stove top portion of the oven rather than trying to figure out a counter top. Ours has the old fashioned style cooktop with front controls, but no oven underneath.

Thanks guys for all the great suggestions. Yes, I think the shop didn't want the hassle but it seems easy enough. I have the original stovetop from the new rig to reinstall for the top. Wife wanted the stove but then learned how to use the convection oven - much better, quicker oven and don't need 2 appliances ! I appreciate the help !

The top is easy if you have a cover for the oven you use that and glue it with the a kit if Corian type. If not enough get some color that goes or you like and glue between the pieces to make larger if need. When sanded it will look like it was made that way. You might get lucky and find the right color.

Very simple except for what to do for counter.
I/2 shark bite tee,1/2 shark bite x 3/8 compression straight stop,dishwasher tailpiece,brass dishwasher 90*(3/8 male ipsx3/8x3/8 compression)some soft copper 3/8 tube. Start at sink cabinet and drill 1-1/2 hole in bottom corner and next one until you reach old stove location. Run your copper and hose change tailpiece cut in tee
with valve. Loop the drain line from the hole you drilled in the sink base cabinet and loop it up to the under side of cabinet down to dishwasher tailpiece connection and use hose clamp to secure. If possible zip tie up the hose that you looped up to the under side of counter.

It shouldn't be hard. The biggest line is the drain and that is about 1" in diameter. I'm sure the drawer don't go flush up against the wall. There should be a couple inches or more behind he drawers when they are closed.
Sounds like the shop didn't want to do the work.

I think they are saying they dont want to do the work. Sticks & bricks, I thought maybe 3 hours to instal. Surprize to me, already over hours. Find "dead" space to run your lines. New dishwasher has all install directions. Hardest parts, extending elec and hanging the lines thru cabinet.

We did on a 99 same setup, but you will need a counter top put over the dishwasher and you must find one that is short enough to go into the space you have. This one is for the drain and water is just as easy. Good luck.
