Bruce, I think he's talking way up forward where the gennie is. I have the 2014 Excursion and occasionally get fumes from the access hatch as well - ours is in the bedroom. Reseated the hatch a couple of times and its gone away. We will be having the ARG service center in Oregon taking a look at it in June just to make sure.
Since your access is in the bathroom, it could very well be you're getting fumes in via the vents instead of the hatch.
