Dometic Sealand vacuum toilet

We have one in ours and it was our very first experience with a vacuum flush in an rv. We were so concerned I had to call the manufacturer and was told the same as you. Once we got used to it we never thought about it anymore. It worked great. We turn it off during normal sleeping hours so we don't wake the neighbors.
