Door Rattle drives me nuts....

You will never get rid of all of the rattle. What you should do, though, is go to the hardware store and buy many feet of the peel and stick foam insulation that comes in a roll about 1/4" wide and put it between the coach and the screen door and the screen door and the real door. If it gets hard to close everything, that's good. As long as the stuff is applying pressure between the various things that are rattling, it will quiet most of them down. It will wear thin and you can reapply as necessary.

I don't know what that internal adjustment rod that your dealer is talking about is. Never heard of it.
