Call a local glass shop. Any good glass shop should be able to repair it.
its a complicated and special process. Most glass shop have no idea how to fix dual pane sealed assemblys
The windows in a trailer or side windows of a motor homes are made from “tempered glass”. This special glass will take a higher impact compared to window glass found in most windows in our homes. If it does break it will break into small pieces compared to window glass with jagged edges. To make it, it’s first cut to size and than run through a special furnace to harden it, ounces it’s harden it can’t be cut. The process takes special equipment and not many places can do it. A glass company might be able to find a place to do it, but it will take some looking around.
One small point, insulted glass is not make with a vacuum, it’s sealed with a positive air space, that creates a dead air space, that’s what increase the insulated value.
