We have a 2004 model Fleetwood Tioga 26Q, it did not have provision for charging the starting battery while plugged into "shore" power. I doubt whether later models of Fleetwoods have it either. Winnebago actually installed Trik-L-Start devices on recent vintages and models to keep starting batteries up when plugged into shore power. FYI I installed a Trik-L-Start on our rig, had to run a long 14 guage wire from house battery to starting battery with a circuit breaker. My Ford/Fleetwood rig had an odd type battery isolator relay with different connections that was buried under the starting battery holder and wiring.
