Dumping my Norcold 1200

I have ordered a new 22 cuft Samsung refrigerator. My Norcold 1200 is available to anyone for parts. It was running fine when I shut it down a week ago. My door seals were leaking and I couldn't maintain adequate temperatures in the refrigerator or freezer.
Everything is available eg; circuit board, water valve, power indicating panel (on front of unit), (3) large bins, (5) door shelves are available or anything else you might think of.
